THIS 21 DAY JUICE QUEST IS FOR PEOLPE WANTING TO EXPERIENCE THE TECHNIQUES, CLEANSING & NUTRITIONAL BENEFITS OF GREEN JUICE & TO FEEL FANTASTIC

The Intention of this JUICE QUEST is to offer people an informative & supportive environment to experience incorporating green juice as a cleansing and nutritional tool into your day to day life over a 21 DAY period of time. With the intention of becoming more energised, lighter, focused & joyful in your everyday life. 

Prerequisites for this JUICE QUEST:

  • Anybody over 16 years is welcome to partake in this JUICE Quest
  • No previous experience of juicing is necessary
  • You may have learnt juicing techniques in the past but would like to use this 21 days to reintroduce a Juicing Practice
  • If you have a medical ailment please consult your health practitioner first
  • Personal responsibility to do further homework for yourself if you are unsure about any aspect of this Juicing Quest
  • You must take full responsibility for the juices you choose to create & ingest & their effects on your body, using your personal knowledge and intuition regarding your own body and its individual needs and requirements as a compass.
This Quest is for you if you are:

  • Wanting to utilise the natural invitation of warmer weather to experience a gentle body cleanse 
  • Feeling heavy &/or lethargic in your body and would like to feel lighter ... maybe physically loose some weight
  • Are relying on stimulants for energy such as coffee, tea, chocolate etc and would like to switch over to a cleaner, more high nutrient clearer energy source
  • Maybe just wanting to `dip your toe in' and just learn & experience The benefits of Green Juice
  • Wanting to learn theoretical & practical techniques surrounding juicing, cleansing and setting up a day to day juice habit
  • Wanting to utilise the support of a group to make your Juicing Quest a success

Prerequisites for the WILDLINGS TRIBE

  • A desire to learn and engage in an opportunity to expand your well-being & creativity
  • Open to young woman aged 14 - 18 years
  • *Please note this is a non-religious meditation & all religious and non religious orientations are welcome
This WILDLINGS TRIBE is for you if :

  • Are keen to explore creativity through various means including, ink, paint, paper collage etc
  • You would like to learn some journalling techniques which help both you and your mind to create moments full of satisfaction, fun and adventure
  • Curious about how to grow and expand your inner well-being
  • You may suffer from anxiety or depression & would like to have a go at meditation & mindfulness as a tool to relax your mind
  • Would like to learn how to make some magnificent juices and smoothies that taste amazing and fill you body with goodness!!
  • Are keen to be a part of a TRIBE of like minded young women
 Benefits may include:

SEED CLASS
AN INTRODUCTION TO MEDITATION & MINDFULNESS

 A CLASS FOR MEN AND WOMEN WANTING TO INTRODUCE OR REINTRODUCTION MEDITATION, MINDFULNESS & OTHER TOOLS INTO THEIR DAILY LIVES AS BUILDING BLOCKS TO SUPPORT MENTAL HEALTH & INNER WELL-BEING
The Intention of the SEED CLASS is to give you the tools, experience and understanding to develop a mindfulness and meditation practice within your day to day life. This class will focus upon the symptoms of Stress, Anxiety, Sleeplessness & Depression as indicators that the mind has become too busy and overloaded in its thoughts. Meditation & mindfulness offer a balm for these conditions allowing you an opportunity to create some space between you and your thoughts.

Prerequisites for the SEED CLASS

  • You are over 16 years in age
  • You are interested in the concepts of mindfulness and meditation & would like to learn more, no previous experience is needed
  • *Please note this is a non-religious meditation & all religious and non religious orientations are welcome
This SEED CLASS is for you if you are wanting to:

  • Learn about Meditation & Mindfulness & are curious to see if you experience any benefits for your self 
  • Establish or re-establish a meditation/mindfulness practice and way of being into your day to day life
  • Nourish your mental Well-being including helping to shift patterns of stress, anxiety, depression and sleeplessness
  • Learn both theoretical and practical applications of Meditation & Mindfulness 
  • Would like the support of a teacher & group

 A CIRCLE FOR WOMEN COMMITTED TO DEEPER INNER WELL-BEING & CONTINUING PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT. 
(Currently in its 4th year of fantasticness)

The Intention of the WILD FLOWER CIRCLE is to further nourish and develop a mindfulness and meditation practice within your life while also being offered creative tools for Self Development

Prerequisites for the WILD FLOWER CIRCLE

  • You have completed one of the following: a Tiny Temple SEED Class, A Personal Well-being Programme or a Women`s Well-being Retreat with Tanette.
  • (Or) you have an already established INNER practice or awareness learnt elsewhere which you are currently nourishing
  • Are on a journey of personal transformation & well-being and are wanting to explore other tools that support your well-being
  • *Please note this is a non-religious meditation & all religious and non religious orientations are welcome
This WILD FLOWER CIRCLE is for you if you are wanting to:

  • Experience & Enjoy guided Meditation, Mindfulness & Visualisation
  • Wanting to continue to learn both theoretical and practical applications of Meditation, Mindfulness & Visualisation
  • Delve into personal development techniques for your ongoing growth and expansion
  • Are interested to discover personal development tools such as, Journalling, Changing limiting beliefs, Archetypes, etc
  • Would like the support and joy of a like minded group of people

THESE EVENINGS WILL BE OFFERED THROUGHOUT THE YEAR BEGINNING IN 2019

Group Numbers

The Minimum number per group are 6 people . If we don`t get these numbers the group will be postponed until the next course. If you have already paid and registered you will be given the opportunity for a full refund or to go on the list for the next course
Group Numbers are limited to approx. 12 people. If the course is full and you have registered and paid  you will be added onto a waiting list in case of a cancellation or put on the top of the list for the next course, or fully refunded.

I would be grateful if the full payment can be made upon registration. If however that is not financially possible for you at this time there is the opportunity, if needed to set up a payment plan weekly, if you would like to request this please indicate on the form below and you will be emailed through details. Please understand that once you register,  the full amount needs to be paid regardless of if you turn up to each class or not.

Scholarship
If you do not currently have the funds to attend one of these Offerings but would really like to be a part of one, The Tiny Temple For Well-being has a Scholarship programme running, currently offering one free scholarship per class.
