To schedule your initial appointment please choose either the `IN PERSON' or `ONLINE'  option below. Then follow the guided steps and you will be booked in for your 90 minute Well-being Session. 

If you are booking an `In Person' Session the address & directions will be send to you in your confirmation email

If you are booking an Online Session your Zoom Link will be sent to you in your confirmation email and also if you don`t use Zoom and wish to use another platform you can request an alternative platform via your scheduling page

If you are wanting to book in for a Well-Being Programme an invitation will be offered at the end of the initial 90 minute session once both you and Tanette have decided that you are a `fit' for each other to work together to find the solutions that you are needing.
